A serving soldier in the British Army for over six years at the rank of Lance Sergeant, Farren Morgan is not content with his achievements yet. Farren’s upcoming e-book aims to transform civilians into their best versions with tactical training, using 20 customized conditioning workouts and runs. The training material is derived from his hugely famous Tactical Thursday workout series, and the goal is to train everyone so they achieve their best score in a 5K run.
Farren has dedicated himself to not only serving the army (he is an operating Physical Training Instructor to the Coldstream Guards at Westminster, London), but also civilians by sharing with them qualified training and education so as to transform them into soldiers. His workouts challenge participants to unfold their potential and lead healthy, fulfilling lives.
“My ethos is to strengthen, educate, inspire and establish Tactical Athletes all over the world,” says Farren Morgan.
During the pandemic, Farren has actively promoted healthy living through online coaching. An overnight success was his motivational tactical training page on Instagram launched in September 2020. His focus has been on creating training programs and releasing e-books that cover tactical training, conditioning, running, strength and more with workouts that span 8-12 weeks.
The message to stay active through training has won huge admirers over the last nine months, gaining Farren over 12K organic followers. A huge moment was when he featured in the Men’s Fitness Magazine in June 2021. Yet another memorable event was getting sponsored by the Grenade brand.
Just when fitness centres and gyms had to shut down, Farren has taken up the baton to keep both servicemen and civilians fit through tactical fitness challenges, workouts and over live chats during the week, where he discusses military lifestyle and training. His main goal: to push people out of their comfort zone, be their best and always keep progressing.
